We work with new sellers and sellers already established on Amazon in any modality (FBA, FBM, wholesale, private label, and drop). No matter the size of the job, we guarantee to meet the customer’s requirements.

Shipping time varies between 48 to 72 hours, depending on the volume of the shipment. You will need to give us restricted access to shipping plans by granting us access to your Seller Center subaccount to improve shipping time. We’ve found this to be the most efficient method of accurately receiving your shipments, printing shipping labels, and correcting minor changes that sometimes need to be made in the Seller Central. This way, your goods can reach their destination faster.

1.Log into your Amazon Seller Center account and go to the “setup” section in the upper right corner.
2. Select “User Permissions” from the drop-down menu
3.” Enter the new user’s email address,” which would be hello@zkprime.com
4. We will receive an invitation email from your Amazon sales center account
5.Under “Add User Permission”, “Stock” section, choose “View & Edit” for “Manage Inventory / FBA Shipments. Save the changes at the bottom of the page.

For online arbitrage, your products will be stored for up to 90 days. However, our prices vary according to storage time. After 90 days, all products will be donated and/or incinerated, depending on the type of product.
For wholesale, we charge an amount per pallet per month. Please get in touch for availability.

The choice is up to the customer. We will send you photos of the damaged products and let you know how to proceed.

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, Payoneer, and bank transfer (Zelle). Fees will apply

Yes, we offer a Non-Disclosure Agreement with each of our customers to ensure their products remain confidential when requested. Each employee of our company also signs the agreement.

We do not ask our customers for any monthly fees to maintain an active account.
